Things you could do

Attend staff network meetings and events, and listen to what is being discussed.

Actively listen to your colleagues, should they choose to share their experiences.

Believe others’ experiences. Don’t assume something couldn’t happen.

Things you shouldn't do

DON'T centre yourself in the conversation.

DON'T ask people intrusive questions about their experiences or expect them to share.

DON'T tell your colleagues how they should feel about matters relating to the group.
